Priests of Eris: Putting the Laughter in Slaughter since 2005!
Priests of Eris [PoE], is recruiting friendly people who don't take themselves too seriously, and like a little chaos once in a while.

What you get:
Conversation by creepy candlelight and stained glass window light in dramatic Isle of the Dead guild hall.
Luxurious cape is green and blue quartered with a silver-white Celtic knot and therefore does not look like everyone else's (this is important to us), without featuring a beaver or a flying pig.
Exclusive access to the Green Channel of Chaos and the Gold Channel of Insanity. We pride ourselves on being somewhat out of the ordinary. Guild size is currently around 40 members.
No consultation and assistance fees. We welcome people new to the game and will help as much as possible (we dedicate Thursdays to helping Guild members with their in-game goals. Of course, if you're Kind of a Big Deal, we won't turn you away, and we offer the same help; just with different stuff.
We lead a Kurzick Alliance currently recruiting guilds and currently containing four guilds, and looking for more to join us. Feel free to PM me if you are a guild looking for alliance.
Ventrilo. Cool for coordinating what's going on, and even cooler for joking and making fun of anything and everything, no typing required. We also highly encourage the use of Xfire for out-of-game contact and its cool scheduling feature, but it's not a requirement.
Friendly, laid-back guild members:
*multi-campaign and GW:EN
*experienced, but not too serious
*usually very willing to help
*about two thirds of the guild is EST/CST, with a few members GMT and European time zones, and some on at odd hours, with a very active Night Shift contingent.
*demographics: most members are in their 20s, with many in their 30s and a couple of teens. We currently have around 40 members.
No physical exam required, and no tithing. We're not looking to convert you or sell you anything, and don't require you to farm faction or anything else (not that we have anything against agriculture). Prefer active members but if you've only got a few days a week to play, you're welcome too.
We're a mainly PvE guild, but we attempt to GvG and AB once in a while.
Magic beans. They do whatever you think they do. Cool, huh?

What we need from you:
Friendliness. We like people who talk on guild & alliance chan. We do ask that you keep language and content to PG-13. Sense of humor a huge bonus. In fact, if you haven't got one, you probably won't enjoy PoE.
Willingness to play the game. Our philosophy: if you want it, play the game to get it. While we are ALWAYS happy to help with missions, item farming and whatnot, begging and whining for help when people are engaged with other pursuits will be looked upon the same way we'd deal with a three-year-old doing the same thing: ignored. If it gets bad enough, we'll tell you to go play in the street, too.
